North Coast Imagewear and its employees pride themselves on high quality with timely turnaround. Our screen printing is done either manually or automatically to ensure clean, crisp and clear registration. We have a complete in-house screen print department. There is a minimum of at least 12 garments with all screen print orders.

| Freedom Automatic Textile printer
6-color, 8 station automatic screen printer with optional Flashback enables us to print and flash at the same station. It has many capabilities the manual presses do not have, including:

Most screen printing is done with 110 mesh with options for 155 or 200 mesh. We do spot, simulated process and true 4-color process print on 300-mesh screens. We use wood frame screens coated with Autosol 2000 direct emulsion.

Artwork is exposed/cut into the emulsion with a Work Horse Point 1000 Screen Exposure System.

Our quality will always exceed your expectations. We flash all light inks on dark garments.
Brad, Courtney and Bryan all print on Hopkins International Screen Printing Systems. We have two 6-color 4-platten manual presses and one 6-color 6-platten all heads down manual press. We also have the Freedom Automatic Textile Printer, a brand new automatic press for printing large jobs. We use Rutland and Wilflex Inks, with many stock colors, and the option of custom mixing available. Our oven is the Brown Manufacturing Harco Equipment Sierra X-Series Extended Conveyer Belt True Temp Electric Oven. High quality curing of the ink is done at 340° to 360° checked with a Raytek Minitemp Infrared Lazer Thermo Gun.
